It was lovely, this week, to wish two of our members a blessed Happy Birthday - Dorothy Chabot turned 90 and Dot Phillips turned 85. Both women are real models for us of faithful love of our Lord and service to his church. May we be found as faithful as they throughout our lives!

The meeting scheduled for 5:00 tonight has been postponed to next Thursday, January 26 at 5:00 p.m. due to the inclement weather.

We greatly enjoyed the talents of the congregation last Sunday at our annual pageant. ?Special thanks to director, Colleen, her teaching partner, Reid, and to Chris, Chuck and all who helped.

The "Wise" men even made an appearance. ?The one on the right was wise enough to hide most of his face.

 

We would like to invite you to join us for our Annual Christmas Carol Sing-a-long to be held Sunday 18 December at 7:00 pm at Christ Anglican Church [890 Vimy Street, North Bay; near the ambulance station].?? This night is always very informal.? If you like to sing, listen, or if you play a musical instrument and would like to bring it along, please come along.

There will be lots of carols and some light refreshments. Thank you and blessings.? We look forward to seeing you on the 18th.

Come gather with your sisters and brothers of Christ Church and discover an ancient yet new process that can promote such transformation in our congregation! Our time together will be highly experiential, including worship, discussion, presentations and demonstrations.

Jesse visits his parents and Christ Church periodically. ?He writes an insightful and thought-provoking blog that chronicles his trips around the world. ?He is currently a student at Yale Divinity School. ?Prior to that, he worked at the Mthatha Mission.
