Learning Opportunities (Sept. - June):

  • Mondays, 11-12 , Interdenominational study (Christ Church or online)  Genesis
  • Mondays, 1 - 3, Interdenominational study (Christ Church or online)  The Gospels in Chronological order with a focus on the healing ministry, miracles and parables of Jesus


Our 12:10 p.m. Eucharistic services continue on Thursdays. All welcome.

May 20: Food Bank Sunday and the Baptism of Emily Heather, grand daughter of Heather Roy and great grand daughter of Ruth Hawkins at the 10:30 a.m. service.

May 23: Marina Point Tea at 2:00 p.m.

May 25: The Ultreya scheduled for this month in Northern Lights is cancelled as they are unable to host this time.

HOWEVER... The 25th and 26th (Friday and Saturday) is the opening of Camp Temiskaming. Some folks are planning an Ultreya-like event at Camp with lots of good music, praise, prayer and snacks. So please come to the Camp Opening.

June 3: Picnic at Lee Park with all the North Bay Anglican Churches. Details to come.

June 10: Come to Church Sunday. Details to come.

July 16-19: National Worship Conference in Victoria, BC. Early Bird Registration March 1-April 30 for $375, then $450.  Registration closes on June 15. See more at:

July 30 to Aug. 3: Christ Church is hosting a Day Camp for children in the North Bay Anglican Churches through Crosstalk Ministries. This is an exciting opportunity to help children know Jesus!

The local "core" team presents the program with the Crosstalk Ministries team, while the local "support" team helps with arrival/departure, snacks and lunch. Times: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for core team, flexible days/hours for support team.
